Body Fit Training was founded in 2017 in Melbourne, Australia by fitness industry veteran Cameron Falloon. He was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for many high profile AFL and soccer teams, and also was Princess Diana's personal trainer. Falloon took his experience training elite ahletes in Australia and applied it to each and every BFT program.
Falloon wanted to offer the same progressive programming that he was developing for professional athletes and make it accessible to epeople ay all fitness levels. BFT has expanded outside of Australia and into New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Spain, Canada and the United States with more countries on the horizon.
Strength training is at the core of our programming. Science has shown engaging in regular strength training builds muscle, enhances endurance and also boosts metabolism, helping to maintain a healthy weight.
Additionally, strength training improves bone density and join stability, reducing the risk of injury as we age.
